Fincastle is going to have a Community Halloween Party on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 6:00pm. Please bring your children and/or grandchildren and stop by! Fincastle Heights Mutual Ownership Corporation will no longer allocate a portion of funds for these community parties – they will be fully funded by residents. Please consider donating a few dollars or some candy to make this a fun community event.
