Fincastle is now able to accept online payments! You can also set up automatic monthly recurring payments. You can pay using ACH or credit card. If you have any questions on how to set that up or how to make your first payment, please call the office at 502.458.4251 or visit the office in person and our office staff will be happy to walk you through the process.

There is a $2.00 fee for using this service. Anytime you use the online payment option, please add $2.00 to your amount to cover this.

2-Bedroom: $477.00

3-Bedroom:$487.00

Effective January,1 2025

Live-In Fee: $175.00

You can also pay any fines or late fees through this service as well, but each payment will have to include the $2.00 fee.

If you are paying for a Community Building rental, please confirm with the office staff that the date you are paying for is available before you pay.

When using this service, please enter the unit number you are paying for. If you are paying for multiple units, please enter one number and call the office to let the office staff know which unit number you put in the system and which unit numbers you are paying for.
