On Call Emergencies

 

1. Bad water leak or broken water pipe.

2. Gas Leak

3. No heat (in cold weather only)

4. No electricity in unit or large area of unit.

5. Stopped up commode.

6. Raw sewage backing up in unit or coming up in yard.

7. Live wires down on the ground.

 

Emergencies do not include

 

1. Locked out of your unit.

2. No hot water.

3 Stopped up sinks.

4. Running commodes and faucet drips.

Please call the office if it is after hours and the answering machine will tell you the on call number for Maintenance.
