Fincastle Heights is composed of 248 units that come in 4 different styles.

• 1 Bedroom Cottage - 576 Square Feet

• 2 Bedroom Cottage - 732 Square Feet

• 2 Bedroom Townhouse - 804 Square Feet

• 3 Bedroom Townhouse - 975 Square Feet

 

Cottages are one floor units and Townhouse are two floor units. ​

As Fincastle Heights is a Mutual Ownership and not an apartment complex, there is larger initial payment to become a mutual owner. ​

​

• Equity value due for any sized units: $10,000.00 starting June 6, 2024.

This charge is due when you accept a unit. If you decide to leave, you will get all of this back minus any damages that you have caused to your unit. 

​

There is also a monthly operating payment that covers 24/7 maintenance and all utilities except for cable and phone. (Water, Electricity, and Trash Pick-Up are covered in the operating payment!)

Starting March 2021,

• 1 Bedroom: $465.00/month

• 2 Bedroom: $475.00/month

• 3 Bedroom: $485.00/month
