Broken Soil Pipe

There is a broken soil pipe (the pipe that carries all water waste to the sewer) underneath units 3978 and 3976. This may affect all units in that building. Roto-Rooter will be coming out between 12:00pm - 2:00pm to start fixing it. Hopefully it will be completely fixed by the end of the day, but I do not know if it will at this time. If you live in units 3970, 3972, 3974, 3976, 3978, or 3980, please try to limit your water usage today as best as you can until it is fixed. I will keep everyone posted as I know more.
